While completing gutter cleans we ensure all gutters and barge soakers are clear even if they have gutter guards which need removing and re-Installing this is a lot more time consuming but necessary for gutters to perform effectively
A small reroof completed recently in Woollahra on a double garage. We will always use 0.48mm base metal thickness roof sheets to avoid dings
When we arrived here at Baulkam Hills, this box gutter had already been replaced by other tradesmen and was still leaking. We replaced this box gutter installing cover sheet and capping on the wall to eliminate the possibility of the wall being soaked and creating continued leaks. We also replaced the bottom of the valley as well as lead flashing on the tiled roof. We also rebed and point the hip end capping and removed all rubbish
This client was located in Castle Hill.
This was a client located in Blacktown. We had to cover all masonry here due to soaking rain causing continued leaks. 3-4 storey high building difficult access.
On this we had to remove the existing polycarbonate which had little to no pitch to reverse the pitch of the roof towards the main building installing a new gutter and downpipe creating at least a 5 degree pitch which is suitable for all Polycarbonate roofing.
This client was based in Stanhope Gardens. We had to remove the existing rotted timbers installing new battens ensuring at least 5 degrees pitch and install new gutter and downpipe
